Why did we choose infrared saunas for The Haven? See the analysis below. More detoxing and regeneration. It must be remembered that the heat from an infrared is different, certainly more bearable.

Analysis of one liter of sweat in an ordinary sauna contains approximately 3% toxins. However, one liter of sweat from an infrared sauna was 20% !!! A bit of a difference.

Warm-up time. Infrared saunas warm up in about 15 to 20 minutes. A traditional sauna takes 30 to 60 minutes to warm up.

Heat penetration. In a traditional sauna your body is warmed by the environmental heat. This requires temperatures of up to 170 to 210 degrees F (80 – 100 Celsius), which can be uncomfortable. Infrared rays penetrate directly into your body, allowing for a much more pleasant environmental temperature. Even the elderly can use this type of sauna.
