Come and escape the busy world and be gently absorbed for 3 days in the relaxing spa setting of the Haven. You will be supported to undergo a profound physical and Energetic Detoxification and Renewal Program.
Each day you will have a personal Energetic Healing session performed by a Certified Vibrational Medicine Practitioner, Jason Kerr. The sessions will focus on your Chakras (energy centers) to allow you to release old and ‘stuck’ energy patterns in your subtle anatomy as well as receive needed energy healing and balancing.
The sessions will be greatly supported by prescribed periods of sweating and detoxing in the far infra-red saunas at the Haven Spa. These sweat sessions will assist the “Energy Healing” sessions by allowing the body to release physical and non-physical toxins that the body has been wanting to get rid of for years..
Your detox program will include a 3 night stay and juice fast at The Haven, which will allow the body to become ‘light” and naturally release stored up toxins.
ENERGY EDUCATION CLASSES : LEARN ABOUT YOUR SUBTLE ANATOMY – ENERGY BODY
Each day will include a one hour class teaching about the Chakras and the subtle human energy anatomy…. You will be fascinated to learn the intricacies of your own energy while you have the experience of daily energy healing sessions to go along with..
