The Haven is a mountain health spa retreat in Panama, an ideal place to spend time, be it an hour or a week or two, the Haven has lots to offer you. The owners are from the UK, offer a variety a variety of treatments and programs such as – longevity diet programs, anti-aging programs and many more. Or you can unwind and de-stress, get fit, or just enjoy the mountain and forest activities.

Clinic treatments The treatments at the Haven are varied, from acupuncture to deep tissue massage, joint and muscle work to naturopathic consultations and reflexology.

Day Health spa and clinic – anyone can book an appointment for the spa and health clinic. You do not need to be a member or a hotel guest to have treatments.
Spa Treatments If you are looking purely for a ‘spa pamper experience’ then look no further. There are a large variety of treatments you can choose from, to make your experience a memorable one. Facials using natural organic products to aromatherapy or hot stone massage and so much more we have a full menu of treatments to choose from. Plus more specialized spa work – there is lymphatic drainage massage, ultra sound, deep tissue work, and low level cold laser.
Languages at the Haven – most speak English and Spanish, a few speak Italian, French and German.
